No right to complain

Not everything is fun. Not everything is going to be the way everyone wants it. This is a fact of life, and it’s okay. What’s not okay, however, is trashing something that one is no way a part of.

If someone hasn’t gone to the practices, and hasn’t done the summer workouts, then they don’t really have a right to complain about how the team plays. If someone didn’t put in hard work, and didn’t type up a presentation, then they can’t complain about how it looks.

It’s terrible to completely trash something that someone put so much work into, or something they’re proud of. Even if someone else thinks the concept is dumb, ridiculous, or should be something else, then they should join the team, group, or organization and kindly present their ideas for change.

If one didn’t do an ounce of work, then they don’t get to complain about how something looks, feels, or otherwise works. That isn’t their hard work and effort, it’s someone else’s that they’re crushing, and that is in no way alright.
